Careful study of Paul's first "aaah" will show that half way through the pitch flattens slightly. This seems like an edit between two takes, although only one basic take was recorded (the second being abortive due to John's voice being gone!). Audible on the Please Please Me CD, and maybe others? Maybe it is an edit piece just for the 4-part "aah"?
